Whose why is it?

Most of what fills your week, you never really chose. Some of it you inherited. Some of it was expected of you. Some of it you do so people see you a certain way.

None of that makes it wrong. This isn’t about dropping everything you didn’t invent. It’s about seeing where each thing comes from, and then choosing it on purpose, or letting it go.

You’ll pick a few things in your life and ask why, then why again. It takes about fifteen minutes. Be honest. No one else will see this.
