Show Notes

After 3 months of travelling through South East Asia, I came back to Europe full of ambition, excitement and enthusiasm - Shame that my body had different plans. As soon as I was able to calm down, my body showed me that it needed some rest, which started a rather difficult journey of being forced to slow down when all you want is move forward. Learning how to deal with this setback is a completely new experience for me, but most probably something that I'll come across many more times in my life so maybe it's a good time to learn about this and grow through this challenge.
